I’m Imara, a birth doula, artist, and educator. Across each part of my work, I’m drawn to the same thing…helping people feel seen, cared for, and free to grow into what comes next in this part of their journey.

I bring creativity and compassion to birth work, offering gentle physical, emotional, and spiritual support as families move through new beginnings. I believe care can be both grounding and imaginative. It can look like a steady presence, a listening ear, a nourishing moment, or space to reconnect with yourself amid all the change.

As an artist and educator, I’ve learned to notice possibility in places where others might see uncertainty. I carry that perspective into my work with clients, honoring each person’s experience while helping them find beauty, strength, and room to bloom along the way.
